This project showcases my ability to manage IT support requests by creating and resolving mock IT tickets using Spiceworks Help Desk. The tickets simulate real-world technical issues, including network troubleshooting, software installation failures, password resets, and cybersecurity incidents. Each ticket follows a structured approach, including issue identification, troubleshooting steps, resolution documentation, and lessons learned.

I am an aspiring cybersecurity professional with a strong passion for IT and security. With a Security+ certification and a commitment to continuous learning, I am focused on building well-rounded expertise. My goal is to leverage technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to protect systems and data from evolving cyber threats.
